PRINCIPLE OF INFORMATION

Purpose: The personal data provided through www.elberil.com (hereinafter ” web “) will be used for the following purpose:

• Contact: Management of requests, sending of information and communications about queries made through a form, emails and telephone contact.
• Communications commercial : Management of sending commercial communications about news, exclusive content, communications and special offers from Apartamentos El Beril.
• Registered user: Management of registered users and customers who can access their profile to manage their bookings and see their history.
• Bookings: Management of bookings made by users on the Web.

By registering at Apartamentos El Beril, you give your consent for the processing of your personal data and those of your companions, provided in the entry registration form, as well as a copy of the DNI/Passports/NIE, which will be processed by the Data Controller, in order to manage the check-in and check-out of clients.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the obligation to register the entry of travelers, contained in ORDER INT/1922/2003, of July 3, on books-registration and parts of the entry of travellers in hostelry establishments and other similars. The collection of this data is obligatory in order ro carry out the entry register. In case of refusal, it will not be possible to provide you with the accomodation service you have contracted.

Your data will be in our database during the legally established prescription years. We inform you that your data will be transferred to the State Security Forces and Authorities by legal obligation. This communication is necessary for the performance of our services. Your data will not be transferred to other third parties, unless there is a legal obligation. No international data transfers will be made.

• Billing

In case you contract our services at Apartamentos El Beril, you are informed and expressly consent to the use of your personal data provided to the Data Controller for the purpose of managing your billing . The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the obligation to issue invoices for the delivery of goods and services, contained in Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Taxation, for which it is mandatory and essential to collect and process your data to carry out the provision of our accomodation services. Your data will be in our database during the legally established prescription years in accounting and tax matters. Your data may be accessed, where appropriate, by the competent public administrations. This communication is necessary for the provision of our services . Your data will not be transferred to other third parties, unless there is a legal obligation. No international data transfers will be made.

• Use of social networks

We will use our social networks to link news, articles or other relevant information to our customers and followers. In no case we will use the contact information of our followers to include them in our advertising mailing list.

You may exercise your rights in the following way:
