INFORMATION PRINCIPLE
Purpose: The personal data provided through www.elberil.com (hereinafter “Website”) will be processed for the following purposes:
Contact: Management of inquiries, information requests and communication via contact forms, emails, and telephone numbers.
Commercial Communications: Management of the sending of commercial communications about news, exclusive content, communication and special offers from Apartamentos El Beril.
Registered Users: Management of users and registered clients who can access their profile to manage their bookings and view their history.
Reservations: Management of bookings made by users via the Website.
The Data Controller uses the Redsys online payment platform. This platform complies with legally established security guarantees. Any problems or malfunctions must be addressed directly to the platform.

For processing information requests and inquiries:

For processing commercial communications:
Name, Surname, Email
For managing registered users and clients:
Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Gender, Email
For processing reservations:
Name, Surname, ID number, Postal Address, Date of Birth, Email
The personal data provided must be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the scope and purposes for which they are collected.
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided. The user shall be personally liable to the Data Controller, to the data subjects or interested parties, and to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if false data or data of third parties without consent is provided.
It is also informed that the data provided in the contact forms must be completed voluntarily, except for mandatory data. If the required mandatory data is not provided, the management of the request cannot be guaranteed.
The recipient of the service agrees to inform the Data Controller of any changes in their data so that the data always reflects their current situation.
Processing of Minors’ Data: The Data Controller does not collect data from minors without the authorization of their parent or legal guardian. If a minor completes the contact forms and this authorization is not proven, the request will be destroyed without being considered.
Legal Basis:
Contact: Your express consent for the request of information, inquiries, and suggestions. Consent for the processing of data provided in the contact forms is deemed to be given freely, explicitly, and unequivocally for the indicated purposes by checking the corresponding boxes. Consent will be assumed upon receipt of an email related to the request.
Commercial Communications: Consent will be deemed granted by checking the appropriate boxes in the contact and registration forms or by express request. If you do not wish to receive commercial information, you may request to unsubscribe by sending an email with the subject “UNSUBSCRIBE from commercial communications” to lopd@semansur.es.
Registered Users/Clients: Your express consent given at the time of registration.
Reservations: Your express consent for the reservation request and the pre-contractual/contractual relationship.
Retention Period:
Contact: Until the consent is revoked.
Commercial Communications: Until the consent is revoked.
Registered Users: Until the consent is revoked and, where applicable, during the legally established period for possible claims.
Reservations: Subject to Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, on the documentary registration and information obligations of individuals or legal entities involved in lodging activities and motor vehicle rentals.
Recipients:
Reservation Data: Competent Authority as per Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26. In case of payments, data may be shared with financial institutions. Check-in and billing information is found in the Additional Information section of this Privacy Policy.
Data will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation.
If the Data Controller makes further personal data transfers in the future, you will be informed accordingly.
We have agreements with our data processors in accordance with current data protection legislation to ensure compliance with personal data protection guarantees.
The website’s servers are hosted within the European Union. No international data transfers are foreseen.
Additional Information on Data Processing:
Client Check-in
By registering at Apartamentos El Beril, you consent to the processing of your personal data and, if applicable, those of your companions, including copies of ID cards, passports, or NIEs. These are processed to manage check-in and check-out.
Legal basis: The obligation to register travelers, in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, and the contractual relationship. Providing this data is mandatory to complete check-in. Otherwise, the accommodation service cannot be provided.
Your data will be stored for the legally established retention periods, and forwarded to the Competent Authority as provided in Royal Decree 933/2021. No other third-party disclosures or international transfers will be made.
Billing
If you use the services of Apartamentos El Beril, you expressly consent to the processing of your data for billing purposes. Legal basis: the legal obligation to issue invoices for goods and services (Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Taxation Law). Data will be stored for the legally prescribed accounting and tax periods. Competent authorities may access your data. No other third-party disclosures or international transfers will be made.
Use of Social Media
We use our social media channels to link news, articles, or other relevant information for our clients and followers. We will not use our followers’ contact details for marketing purposes.

The Data Controller will respond within one month. This period may be extended by two months in the case of complex or multiple requests. If the request is submitted electronically, the response will be provided electronically unless requested otherwise.
If you are not satisfied with the exercise of your rights, you may file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller may amend this Privacy Policy when necessary, in accordance with current legislation. All changes will be published to keep users informed.
