These booking conditions regulate the online management of tourist accommodation reservations with EXPLOTACIONES SEMANSUR S.L., (hereinafter “El Beril Apartmentos” ), owner of the website www.elberil.com.
The online reservation with the company is regulated in these conditions, so it is presupposed that the client knows and accepts them, as well as our Cookies Policy, Legal Notice and Privacy Policy

Booking process
You can manage your reservation online through our booking engine managed by THINKIN GLOBAL SERVICE SL. Use the form for this purpose to fill in the reservation data and complete the form with your personal data, you must accept the privacy policy.
Once completed, select the payment method.
The data provided to make the reservation must be truthful, exact, updated and specific to the user who wishes to make the reservation from our website.
The reservation process can be made in Spanish, English and German.
Prices, taxes and offers
The prices that appear on this website are with taxes included. Our offers will be valid during the period set out in our brochures, catalogues, website and/or our booking engine.

Apartamentos El Beril uses the Redsys online payment platform. The payment platform complies with the legally stipulated security guarantees. Any problem or malfunction with the payment platform should be addressed to Room Booking.
Booking confirmation
Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email within a maximum period of 24 hours to the email account provided in the form where it will be confirmed.
Technical means to identify an error
If at the time of making your booking you have an error, you can contact our technical department by calling the phone number 922719011 or send an email to reservas@elberil.com.
Cancellations
To proceed with the booking cancellation, change or extension, or to resolve any questions about it, you can contact the reservations department through one of these means:

If you have made the reservation through the web, you can cancel it through the confirmation email that you receive by entering your email and the reservation pin code.

Alternative resolution of consumer disputes
